The Classic Collection line of designer range hoods from Futuro Futuro includes over a dozen distinctive designs suitable for traditional, transition, and country-style kitchens. Whether New England or Old World, your custom kitchen should be finished with a unique range hood that will draw attention to the cooking area as the focal point of the room.
Introducing the 3 latest additions to the Classic Collection lineup – the “Manchester”, “Medford”, and “Meriden” models. Inspired by the architecture of New England, these classic range hoods share the same elegant body shape, but are outfitted with distinctively different frames.
The “Manchester” model features an elegant frame with corbels; the “Medford” has a sleek frame with an inset channel that can be painted/stained in a contrasting color, or inlaid with decorative tiles; and the “Meriden” model is finished with a thick “log-cabin” style frame. The hood body is coated with a thick and durable plastic-based “powdercoat”, which can be left as-is, or painted over (no primer necessary).
Customization options are plentiful – the hood body is metal, so a design could be embossed/debossed into it; a custom paint job can make the hood look like it’s made from copper or brass – at a fraction of the cost of an actual copper hood!
The “Medford” model’s frame has a convenient groove that can be inlaid with decorative tiles:
Any of the Futuro Futuro “Classic Collection” range hoods can be custom-painted to match the look of the kitchen and the owner’s unique style. Here’s an example of how just 1 range hood model – in this case, “Mimosa” – can be transformed, with just a little paint and effort, from its default 2-tone color, to a subtle beige-pink, to white with baby-blue trim, to “copper” with a custom embossing, to a neutral gray, to a playful white/yellow combo:
