Futuro Futuro Ventilation Systems

Futuro Futuro is the leading Italian manufacturer of residential ventilation systems. With over 200 models of high-end, modern and contemporary styles for kitchen installations as well as other residential living areas.

The primary function of any ventilation system is to increase air-quality indoors by extracting or filtering contaminated air from inside the home. Effective ventilation also helps keep out harmful bacteria, viruses and other air pollutants out of the air as well as prevents these contaminants from landing on surfaces, drapery, clothing, carpeting etc. Research shows that air flow and ventilation can affect how diseases spread indoors. The more stagnant the air is, the more likely contaminants are to spread.

Ventilation reduces air-moisture. Dampy indoor spaces foster the growth of viruses, bacteria. Out of several range hood options, Futuro Futuro’s “Air-loop” series [ 24” Arena Inoxshown on the left], includes a revolutionary Micro Carbon Infusion Filter, which absorbs moisture, traps steam, odors, bacteria and allergens in the air, all at a whisper quiet level due to the new generation blower and exclusive sound absorbing technology. Removing contaminants such as cooking odors, tobacco smoke, harmful toxins etc.

There are many rooms in addition to the kitchen that can benefit from ventilation. Examples include; hobby areas, family and recreation rooms, childrens bedroom and playrooms, home gyms and cigar rooms. [Featured below is the flush ceiling mount range hoods,  54” Skylight Ceiling Soffit model.]

Ventilation products for use in these areas are similar to those used for kitchens. Consumers will find a wide range of airflow capacities with designs that fit any décor in the large selection of Futuro Futuro “Built-in” options such as the 54” Skylight Ceiling Soffit (also available in the 38” Skylight Ceiling Range Hood), Savona Ceiling Soffit and a wide variety of “Insert” ventilations systems, as well as the “Air-loop” collection.

Other excellent advantages of having a ventilation system in the home is to prevent finishings or furniture damage by reducing condensation of acidic contaminants. Proper ventilation reduces peeling and discoloration of wall finishes caused by moisture, toxic airborne particles, excess cooking heat and household chemical fumes for example, cleaning detergents, etc.
