Technology:

The “Ellipso” features a 4-speed 940-CFM whisper-quiet tangential blower, multi-function illuminated touch-sensitive electronic control panel, and long-life eco-friendly fluorescent lighting to illuminate the cooking surface. The control panel includes convenient features such as Boost Mode, delayed shut-off, filter cleaning reminder, and more.
